Wat is egaline?
Egaline is een zelf nivellerend materiaal dat voornamelijk bestaat uit cement en kunsthars. Het materiaal vloeit zichzelf uit en zorgt na verharding voor een vlak en glad oppervlak, waardoor je vloer niet snel zal scheuren of barsten.
Waarom is egaline nodig?
Het leggen van een vloer met egaline zorgt ervoor dat de niet snel zal scheuren of barsten. Dus de planken blijven mooi liggen en je vloer zal langer mooi en sterk blijven.
Hoe breng je egaline aan?
De ondergrond moet eerst goed schoon en vetvrij zijn. Vervolgens wordt een primer aangebracht. De egaline wordt daarna gemengd en over de vloer gegoten, waarna deze zichzelf uitvlakt.
Hoe lang duurt het voordat egaline droog is?
Dit hangt af van de dikte en het type egaline. Gemiddeld is een laag van 3 mm na 12 tot 24 uur beloopbaar en na 48 uur geschikt voor het plaatsen van een vloer.
